​​Hi I'm Keiko Azegami, a certified homeopath with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and General Naturopathic council in the UK.

My passion is helping you reconnect with yourself and live the life you truly desire.

Having gone through my own healing journey, I now specialize in supporting young professional parents-to-be,

as well as those with small children, or someone who are ready to heal their childhood trauma for good.

I believe that emotion and self-belief are key to trauma healing. With my experience in homeopathy and various therapies,

I have witnessed many clients improve their health and vitality.

I am committed to continuous learning and development to be the best practitioner I can be.​​​​

My story - Childhood trauma Healing 

I was born in 1972 and grew up in Japan with an old-fashioned father who had experienced the hardships of World War II as a child.

Life was challenging, especially after losing my mother just before my third birthday. Her loss deeply affected all of us, including my three older brothers. As a result, I became very sensitive to repressed emotions and the connection between energy and behavior.

My father, like many who endured the war, became skilled at hiding his emotions—a coping mechanism I also adopted.

For a long time, I relied on this method to navigate life. However, as I grew older, and especially when I became a mother,

I realized that suppressing my feelings was no longer sustainable. I needed to confront and heal the wounds from my childhood.

This journey has been far from easy, but it has been vital for my personal growth.

Through healing, I’ve learned to reconnect with myself and live more fully. Although the process is challenging,

it’s essential for anyone who wants to truly thrive and live life to its fullest potential.

​What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine that uses highly diluted substances to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.

It focuses on treating the whole person—mind, body, soul and emotions—rather than just the symptoms.

Based on the principle of "like cures like", homeopathy uses remedies to address similar symptoms in a unique and individualized way.

During a homeopathy consultation, practitioners ask detailed questions to understand the complete picture of the client,

including their physical, emotional, and mental states.

This comprehensive approach helps identify the most suitable homeopathic remedy.

Practitioners utilize the Materia Medica, a reference of remedies and their effects, and the repertory,

a tool for matching symptoms to remedies, ensuring that each remedy is precisely tailored to the client’s needs.

The principle of minimum dose is applied to use the smallest effective amount to support natural healing safely.

What is Talk Therapy and How does it Work?

 

Talk therapy is a treatment that involves discussing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a trained therapist.

The goal is to help you better understand yourself, manage your emotions, and navigate challenges in your life.

In a safe and confidential space, you meet with a therapist one-on-one, in a group, or with loved ones.

The therapist listens to you, helps you explore your experiences, and may provide feedback or suggest new perspectives to support your growth and well-being.
